The G1 Dual Zone offers a 1.5” mattress gel insert to target protection to the coccyx area with the reduction of peak pressure points. This helps to reduce skin tension and provides protection from shear when beds are articulated or elevated. It also protects the heel area with a .75” pillow top gel insert for pressure relief, reduction of friction and shear and healing of stage I-II pressure injuries.
