XPA Corner Wall Ties – Frame Cramps (Fishtail) USES • Frame cramps are designed to connect the masonry to new or existing vertical structures. • Adds structural stability and reinforcement to the wall tying it to the beams and columns. FIXING The 6 mm hole or 6 mm x 18 mm slot in the upstand is provided for attaching the frame cramp to the vertical structure. The other end is embedded in the masonry.
